Wageningse Engel (Angel from Wageningen)

A beautiful, golden blond beer that we brew in collaboration with our farmers from the Wageningen Korenschoof foundation. Their barley malt has been the basis for all our beers since 2013.

Thanks to the efforts of our farmers, we can enjoy golden fields of malting barley on the Wageningse Eng during the summer. This grain is not sprayed so poppies and cornflowers grow between the grain. The ecological farming method also attracts mice and owls.

Every glass of beer from our brewery contributes to the biodiversity on these local fields and this Wageningen Angel is a nice tribute to this collaboration.
